Philly Limousine Bus FAQ

We've listed our frequently asked questions along with their answers here. If you have more questions or would like more information, just give us a call! You can reach us any time via phone or email, 24 hours per day.

01. My friends like to drink. Can we do this on your vehicles?

You can drink in our vehicles if you're 21 or older. There are even ice-filled bar areas for you to enjoy on the road. Have fun and be safe!

02. We smoke a lot of cigarettes; are we allowed to smoke on board?

Unfortunately, we don't allow smoking to take place in our vehicles. We'll be glad to stop for a smoke break, though, so have no worries.

03. Can we play our own music?

Yes! You'll find a stereo system with iPod/CD/MP3 capabilities. This allows you to customize the music for your party completely. It's sure to be fun!

04. Do your service areas outside of Philly?

We service areas all over Pennsylvania. Call us, and we'll be glad to set up a reservation for you, regardless of where you live.

05. What is the difference between a limousine and a limo bus?

A limousine offers a more elegant appearance, while a limousine bus offers stand-up room and many more amenities. Both are amazing!

06. I don't see my event listed. Can you service my event?

Of course! Our professional transportation can be used for any event. In fact, it can be an event by itself! You can rest easy knowing we can service your event.

07. Are there any hidden fees?

Nope! We tell you everything your price includes and any potential charges you may encounter. Tacking on hidden fees or demanding more money later is shady business, and we don't like it. If you have any questions about the cost of what you're paying for, just ask, and we'll answer them truthfully.

08. We're going to have children with us, can they come?

Yes, they can! There is no age limit on the vehicles; you just have to be smart with watching your children. If there are children of those of under the legal drinking age, there cannot be any alcohol on the vehicle.

09. What if we need to cancel?

You cannot cancel. We tell you this before finalizing your reservation so that you are sure you would still like to book. You won't be able to change the date after finalizing, either. However, you can change the time or the vehicle depending on availability and how soon you call.

10. Do we have to tip the driver?

Tipping is greatly appreciated but not required. It is a great way to thank your driver for excellent service.

11. What if we accidentally stay longer or want to stay longer?

That's fine; you don't have to worry. You won't be charged a high fee for going over. Give us a call to let us know you would like to stay longer. Then, your overages would be your normal hourly rate divided into 15-minute increments that you'll pay in cash at the end of your run. That way, you don't pay for time you don't use.
